FAQ
The questions people ask before they get in touch
Cost, timelines, ownership and what happens after launch — answered plainly. If yours isn't here, the assistant in the corner can help, or just ask us on a free consultation.

Working with Devora Labs
It depends on what you need, so we quote per milestone rather than guessing a single number up front. As a guide: a campaign landing page starts around $600, a full business website around $1,800, and a technical audit of something you already own around $450. Larger custom systems are scoped in the free consultation, and you'll have a written price for each stage before that stage starts.
A landing page is usually 1–2 weeks, a business website 3–5 weeks, and a custom app or platform anywhere from 6 weeks upwards depending on scope. You'll get a realistic timeline with milestone dates after the planning stage — not an optimistic guess on the first call.
No, and most of our clients don't have any. Describe the business problem in your own words — customers, time, cost, frustration — and we translate that into what should be built. We explain every recommendation in plain language, and we never ask you to choose between technologies you haven't heard of.
Yes, and it's a large part of what we do. We take over existing websites, apps and internal systems to modernise them, make them faster, add the features they're missing, or connect them to other tools. If only part of it needs fixing, we'll say that rather than sell you a rebuild.
Yes. Launch is when the useful data starts arriving. We offer ongoing support and improvement on the same milestone model as the build — monitoring, maintenance, fixes and the changes the numbers say are worth making. It's optional, and you're never locked into it.
Usually, yes — chatbots that answer customer questions, assistants that draft or sort work for your team, and automation for repetitive support. The honest part: AI is worth it where it removes real hours or wins real customers. If it wouldn't, we'll tell you and suggest something simpler.
That's a perfectly normal starting point. The free consultation exists to turn an idea into a clear scope: what to build first, what to leave until later, what it will cost and whether it's worth doing at all. You keep the planning work either way.
You do. Everything is delivered into your own accounts and repository, and ownership transfers as milestones complete. Nothing about the way we build locks you to us.
Pricing
Cost and payments
Because a fixed price for undefined scope is guesswork, and guesswork gets corrected later through change requests. We quote a fixed price per milestone once the scope of that milestone is defined. The Discovery and Planning milestone exists precisely to make the rest of the project quotable.
Each milestone has agreed deliverables and an agreed amount. Payment is linked to the completion of that milestone's deliverables. You always know what you are paying for and what you receive for it.
Scope changes are normal. New work is quoted as an additional milestone with its own deliverables and price, so it never quietly absorbs time from what you've already paid for.
No. Payment is tied to defined deliverables we control, not to business outcomes we don't. That keeps the relationship honest for both sides.
No. The initial consultation is free, and you leave it with a clear view of the approach, the rough scale and the sensible next step — whether or not you work with us.
You do. Source code, designs and assets transfer to you on completion of the relevant milestone, in your own repository.
