About these terms

These terms apply to your use of the Devora Labs website. Project work is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, milestones, deliverables and payment — that agreement takes precedence over anything here.

Using this website

You agree to use this site lawfully and not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, account or data.
• Submit malicious files, or content you do not have the right to share.
• Use automated tools to overwhelm the forms, chatbot or API endpoints.
• Copy substantial portions of the site's content for commercial use without permission.

Inquiries and consultations

Submitting a project inquiry or booking a consultation does not create a contract or oblige either side to proceed. Consultations are free and offered in good faith; the guidance given in them is general and based on the information you provide.

We aim to confirm consultation bookings promptly, but a requested slot is not guaranteed until we confirm it.

Estimates and pricing

Any indicative price shown on this site is a starting point for simple, well-defined work — not a quote. Real pricing follows scope definition and is agreed per milestone in writing before that milestone begins.

Payments are linked to completed milestones and their defined deliverables. We do not tie payment to business outcomes such as revenue or sales.

The project assistant

The on-site AI assistant is provided to help you understand our services and describe your project. Its responses are generated automatically, may be incomplete or inaccurate, and are not professional advice or a binding quotation. Anything material should be confirmed with us directly.

Intellectual property

The content, design and code of this website belong to us. Work produced for a client under a project agreement transfers to that client as set out in the agreement — normally on completion of the relevant milestone.

Material you submit remains yours. You grant us permission to use it only for the purpose of assessing and delivering your project.

Confidentiality

We treat project information you share as confidential and use it only to understand and deliver your project. We are happy to sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement before detailed discussions if you prefer.

Third-party links and services

This site links to third-party platforms and uses third-party services. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and their own terms apply when you use them.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep this site available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every detail is current. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may update these terms as the business or the site changes. The date below reflects the most recent revision, and continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
