What we build, how we work, and what it costs

Most projects don't fit neatly into one category. A website needs an integration, an app needs an AI feature, an existing system needs both fixing and extending. One team covers all of it — and everything you need to decide is on this page.

What we do

Five service areas

Each has a dedicated page with the problem it solves, what we deliver, the technologies involved and how to start.

How we work

Six stages, from first conversation to continuous improvement

Each stage has defined deliverables, so you always know what is being produced, what it costs, and what happens next.

  1. Discovery

    1–3 days

Before anything is designed or estimated, we need to understand what you're actually trying to change. We talk through the business, the users, the constraints and the outcome that would make the project worth doing — and we tell you honestly if we think there's a cheaper way to get there.

    • Free consultation call
    • Business and user context documented
    • Problem statement and success criteria
    • Feasibility and risk assessment
  2. Planning

    3–7 days

The plan is where the project becomes real. We agree exactly what is in the first release and what is deliberately not, choose the technical architecture, and break the work into milestones with defined deliverables. Pricing is attached to those milestones, so you know what each stage costs before it starts.

    • Scope and feature specification
    • Technical architecture and stack decisions
    • Milestone plan with deliverables
    • Timeline and milestone-based quote
  3. Design

    1–3 weeks

User flows first, then screens. You see and approve the design before development starts, which is by far the cheapest point at which to change your mind. Every screen is designed responsively — mobile is treated as the primary case, not an afterthought.

    • User flows and wireframes
    • High-fidelity interface design
    • Responsive layouts for mobile, tablet and desktop
    • Design system and component library
  4. Development

    Scope-dependent

Development runs milestone by milestone. You get working software to review at the end of each one — not a status update. Code review, automated testing and continuous integration are part of the build, so quality isn't a phase we get to if there's time left.

    • Working software at each milestone
    • Staging environment for review
    • Automated tests and CI pipeline
    • Progress visible in your client portal
  5. Launch

    2–5 days

Deployment, domains, SSL, analytics, monitoring and store submissions are handled by us. We run pre-launch checks across performance, accessibility, SEO and security, and we stay close during the first days in production when real traffic finds the things staging never did.

    • Production deployment and environment setup
    • Analytics, tracking and monitoring configured
    • Pre-launch performance, SEO and security checks
    • Handover documentation and team walkthrough
  6. Continuous Improvement

    Ongoing

Launch is the start of the useful data. We monitor how the product performs, work through the roadmap that real usage suggests, and stay available for fixes, integrations and new features. Ongoing work runs on the same milestone model as the build.

    • Monitoring, uptime and error tracking
    • Prioritised improvement roadmap
    • New features and integrations
    • Ongoing technical support
Pricing

You pay per milestone, as work is delivered

Every milestone has defined deliverables and a fixed price agreed before that stage begins. No open-ended hourly billing, and nothing large paid up front.

  1. 01~10–15%

    Discovery & Planning

Requirements, scope, architecture and the milestone plan itself — the stage that makes everything after it predictable.

    • Requirements specification
    • Technical architecture
    • Milestone plan and timeline
    • Fixed quote for the remaining milestones
  2. 02~15–20%

    UI/UX Design

User flows, wireframes and high-fidelity responsive interface design, approved before development begins.

    • User flows and wireframes
    • High-fidelity screen designs
    • Responsive layouts
    • Design system components
  3. 03~40–50%

    Core Development

The build itself, split into reviewable sub-milestones so you see working software throughout — not just at the end.

    • Working features on a staging environment
    • Back-end, database and integrations
    • Sub-milestone demos and reviews
    • Source code in your repository
  4. 04~10–15%

    Testing & Refinement

Quality assurance, cross-device testing, performance and accessibility work, and the fixes that come out of your review.

    • QA across devices and browsers
    • Automated test coverage
    • Performance and accessibility passes
    • Feedback and revision round
  5. 05~10%

    Deployment

Production release, environment and domain setup, analytics, monitoring, documentation and handover.

    • Production deployment
    • Analytics and monitoring configured
    • Store submission where applicable
    • Documentation and team handover
Starting from

Indicative starting prices

These are entry points for scoped, well-bounded work, not quotes. Final pricing depends on the project's scope, complexity, and requirements.

Landing Page

A single, focused page built for an advertising campaign, with conversion tracking wired in.

Starting from$100

Typically 3–7 days

  • Custom design, mobile-first
  • Copy structure and conversion layout
  • Contact or enquiry form
  • Analytics and pixel setup
  • Deployment and domain configuration

Web Application

A working web app with the screens, logic and integrations a real workflow needs.

Starting from$200

Typically 2–4 weeks

  • Custom, responsive interface
  • Accounts and permissions where needed
  • Database and integrations
  • Analytics and conversion events
  • Deployment and domain configuration

Technology Audit

A written assessment of an existing website, app or system, with a prioritised action plan.

Starting from$300

Typically 2–4 days

  • Architecture and code quality review
  • Security and dependency assessment
  • Performance benchmarking
  • Prioritised recommendations
  • Walkthrough call

Final pricing depends on the project's scope, complexity, and requirements.

For complex projects we don't quote a number up front. A fixed price for undefined scope is guesswork, and guesswork gets corrected later through change requests. We quote each milestone once its scope is defined — and the planning deliverables are yours regardless of who builds the project.

Pricing questions

What people ask about cost

Because a fixed price for undefined scope is guesswork, and guesswork gets corrected later through change requests. We quote a fixed price per milestone once the scope of that milestone is defined. The Discovery and Planning milestone exists precisely to make the rest of the project quotable.
